A family meeting, a phone call to your mom to get the word out to others, or a letter... There are many ways to come out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, we recommend that you have a real discussion to \"get to the bottom of it\" and avoid the unspoken. Implied words will only make your loved ones talk more. Since they may not understand, they will talk about it more than if you are direct with them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
